Meal prep to help you achieve a healthy diet
One of the reason why
people succumb to unhealthy diet is because they have no time to cook and
unhealthy food is readily available and quick. So to overcome the problem, opt
for prepping a healthy meal over the weekend so you will have food to last you
even when you are busy.
Meal preps for an entire
week usually only takes up two hours of your weekend time max. Start by
planning your food menu and cook a big batch that will do you enough for a
week. Once the cooking is done, place them in separate containers and mark them
with the days and the meal type (lunch, dinner). This way if you’re running
late, you can simple grab and go.
