Meal preps for an entire week usually only takes up two hours of your weekend time max. Start by planning your food menu and cook a big batch that will do you enough for a week. Once the cooking is done, place them in separate containers and mark them with the days and the meal type (lunch, dinner). This way if you’re running late, you can simple grab and go.
