Simple ways to release stress at work
Some days you walk in
with the smile on your face and some days the work gets too overwhelming it
stresses you out. Stress happens to everyone and while your work might not
necessarily be causing it, there are a few simple ways you can use to help you
release stress while you are at work.
The first thing you can
do is to clean your work place. Sometimes looking at or sitting in a messy
place can contribute to your stress. So, start by organising your files or
re-arranging your items on your desk. A clear workspace will help give you a
clear head.
The second thing you can
do is to take a time out. Staring too long at your computer screen can give you
a headache. So take a time out and use it to either do simple stretches, or
make yourself a cup of calming green tea. If you have any plants in your
office, shifting your eyesight to nature can also help calm your nerves down.
