On a scale from one to 10 with 10 being the best, how much do you like yourself? Remember the first number that pops into your head and read on. Lastly, take stock of your different pursuits in life, and narrow them down to the things you love to do. Once you have examined these three key areas in your life, make a decision to like who you are and go about doing those things that make you believe it. All self-improvement efforts are an “inside job.” YOU are the one who must approve of the person you are, flaws and all.
