When you are feeling angry, take a deep breath through your nose and release it through your mouth. If you are standing up, sit down. If you are in a crowd, take yourself out of the hassle and find a spot that has plenty of space. If that doesn’t work out, splash cold water to your face. Remember to never make any decision until your anger has calmed down.
