Anger is a dangerous
emotion and it can lead people into doing things that they will regret later. A
person who has anger issues can cause negative effects to their own life and
the life of their loved ones. It is important for every individual to learn how
to deal with anger.
When you are feeling
angry, take a deep breath through your nose and release it through your mouth.
If you are standing up, sit down. If you are in a crowd, take yourself out of
the hassle and find a spot that has plenty of space. If that doesn’t work out,
splash cold water to your face. Remember to never make any decision until your
anger has calmed down.
