Dressing Up for a Corporate Event


If you work in the corporate industry, you are bound to be invited or host a corporate event. Corporate events usually help an organisation build stronger relationship between employers and employees as well as their stake holders. It can be held in the office or in a lavish venue but no matter where it is held, there are a few dress codes to follow when attending a corporate event.

Unless the theme of the dress is stated in the invite, it is always safe to go with semi-formal. In certain countries, traditional clothing is also accepted as a semi-formal attire. If you are unsure of what a semi-formal attire looks like, it is always safe to go with a slack pants and a buttoned-up shirt for men and a skirt or pants below the knee-length with a plain shirt on top.
