Procrastination is an

you can use to help you overcome this habit.
When you feel
procrastination kicks in, go outside and take a deep breath of the fresh air.

After that, do a few simple stretches to activate your muscle and allow blood
flow through your entire body. If you can do some simple exercises to help you
sweat and to help your body produce serotonin. Serotonin will make you feel
fresh and ready to face the day.
