working, it gets easier for you to feel hungry. In a working environment, we
tend to opt for something that is simple and easy and most of the times those

or oranges. Having them with you will stop you from buying chips from the
nearby vendor. If you forgot to bring fruits, opt for buying a pack of roasted
nuts. Nuts has more benefits and protein than chips. It will also fill you up.
