Maintaining your inner peace
Sometimes the world is chaotic. You might
turn on the news and see bad events happening everywhere, you might come home
to your siblings arguing or you might even have a bad day at work or college.
Sometimes these things are hard to avoid but there are simple things you can do
to help you maintain your inner peace while your surrounding is a bit tough.
First of all, focus on your breathing.
Listen to your heart beating. This will help you diffuse the tension
surrounding you. The next thing you can do is to not take anything to heart. If
your surrounding is rough, find your happy place. It can be the office window
facing the park or your own bedroom. Remember that bad events will eventually
pass.
