Using Anger To Be Better
Everyone will feel angry
at times and most times, anger is always associated with negative feelings.
While anger can cause a lot of negative situation, it is not necessarily a bad
feeling to have. As a matter of fact, it can be used to fuel you ambition and
improve yourself.
When you are feeling
angry, take a deep breath and think about why you are angry. If it is caused by
someone else’s action, write out your feelings on a piece of paper and keep it.
When you have calmed down, read it again. Instead of using it for negativity,
go through what you were feeling and study how you can improve yourself.
