aim of negotiation is to find a common ground that can benefit both parties.

down your list of must haves and things you can tolerate. Have a listen to the
other party and don’t be afraid to ask for clarification. Keep your tone
professional and don’t make anything personal. If you can reach an agreement, draft
a contract and if no deal is achieved, end the negotiation in a professional
manner still.
