How to practise self-love
A lot of us focus so much
on finding someone to love that we forget to love ourselves first. While most
of us are always finding the right words to talk about the people we love, we
are often mean to ourselves. From today onwards, follow these simple tips that
can help you love yourself.
First of all, when you
first wake up in the morning, as you are getting ready, list down three things
that you love about yourself. It can be your brand new haircut, or the fact
that you are a caring person. Second of all, love your body enough to nourish
it with good food. Not only will it give you a healthier body, it will also
help you be in a better state of mind.
Third, practise to talk
yourself as you would to the people you love. Do you always tell them that they
are beautiful or smart? Practise using the same vocabulary on yourself. Lastly,
don’t be afraid to put yourself first and do things that make you happy.
