Dealing with Anxiety

When faced with anxiety, it can be hard to focus on other aspects of life. People with severe anxiety attack can also find it hard to breath and will face physical difficulty. There are a few simple steps you can follow to help you deal with anxiety.

First and foremost, focus on your breathing. Take a few deep breath and put your hands to your chest to try and calm your heart rate. Then, tell yourself that it is okay and that you are just having a phase. Telling yourself that will help your mind calm down.
