Setting SMART goals

Every new day is a brand new opportunity to achieve your goals. If you haven’t thought of any goals yet, se the SMART goals tactic to help you set effective targets. Here is how it works; to set SMART goals, you goals must be:
Simple – Be direct about what you want
Measurable – but a number to it, like saving S300 this month instead of save money.
Action-Based – How are you going to achieve it?
Realistic – It cannot be something absurd like travel the world in one month.
Time limited – Have a dateline.
Now if your goals is to ‘save money’ turn it into a SMART goals by writing it in this manner instead, “I want to save $ 200 every months for five months so I can have $1000 to spend on my vacation and I will do so by cooking my own lunch for work.” Can you see how clearer this goal is instead of the initial ‘save money’?
