Treat Yourself To Motivate Yourself

Sometimes doing the right thing is hard. Going to the gym or eating healthy food is harder than sitting on the sofa or eating fast food. Doing your studies are harder than playing video games with your friends.

In order for you to motivate yourself, use the treatment system. What this means is that once you accomplish doing a task, decide a treat for yourself. For example, if you successfully manage to go to the gym for 4 days a week, treat yourself to a nice lunch at a 5 star restaurant. If you finish your studies, treat yourself to a well-deserve bubble bath. When you decide on treating yourself once you have accomplished a task, you will be more motivated to complete it because your mind will think about the prize that you will get at the end.

  1. Controlling or managing your anger is hard to do, however, if you put your mind to it, you can. For a fact, we all experience anger in our lives. Uncontrolled anger, however, can create problems in our relationships and even with our health. All of this can lead to more stress and additional problems, which can complicate life and keep us from being our best selves. Let go of Anger, not an easy thing to do, but try. You deserve that. You are far better than what they would make you feel or believe. The wonderful post you've shared here and also I read through your blog and I am left speechless, you're an awesome writer.
